1. Scope
These GTC apply to all contracts via www.thedualshift.com between The Dual Shift and users/customers.
2. Services Offered
The Dual Shift offers online masterclasses, events, and digital content. Details are available on product pages.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the user completes an order and receives confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Euro (EUR), including VAT. Payment is made before access is granted, via PayPal, credit card, etc.
5. Delivery and Access
Event links or downloads are sent via email. Users must ensure technical readiness to access content.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right unless excluded below.
6.1 Exclusion of Withdrawal
No withdrawal right applies if:
- The user consents to immediate delivery of digital content, and
- Acknowledges the loss of withdrawal right upon access.
By purchasing/downloading, the customer agrees to waive the withdrawal right.
7. Cancellation & Rebooking
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the event. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is copyrighted. Commercial use or sharing is prohibited.
9. Liability
No liability for outages outside our control. Liability only applies in cases of gross negligence.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled per GDPR. See our privacy policy.
11. Governing Law
German law applies. Jurisdiction: [insert location]. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the GTC.

2. Leistungen
The Dual Shift bietet Online-Masterclasses, digitale Events und Inhalte an. Details auf den Produktseiten.
3. Vertragsschluss
Ein Vertrag kommt mit Abschluss der Bestellung und Bestätigung per E-Mail zustande.
4. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise in Euro (EUR), inkl. USt. Zahlung erfolgt vor Zugang per PayPal, Kreditkarte usw.
5. Lieferung und Zugang
Event-Links oder Downloads erfolgen per E-Mail. Nutzer:innen sind für technischen Zugang selbst verantwortlich.
6. Widerrufsrecht
Es besteht grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht, außer wie folgt ausgeschlossen.
6.1 Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Kein Widerrufsrecht, wenn:
- Der/die Nutzer:in ausdrücklich der sofortigen Lieferung zustimmt, und
- Der Verlust des Widerrufsrechts mit Zugang bestätigt wird.
Mit dem Kauf/Download wird der Verzicht auf das Widerrufsrecht erklärt.
7. Stornierung & Umbuchung
Stornierung bis 48 Std. vor Veranstaltung möglich. Danach keine Erstattung.
8. Urheberrecht
Alle Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Weitergabe oder kommerzielle Nutzung ist untersagt.
9. Haftung
Keine Haftung bei externen Ausfällen. Haftung nur bei grober Fahrlässigkeit.
10. Datenschutz
Personenbezogene Daten werden gemäß DSGVO verarbeitet. Siehe Datenschutzerklärung.
11. Rechtswahl
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand: [Ort]. Unwirksame Klauseln berühren die Wirksamkeit der übrigen nicht.
