Welcome to all Dual Shifters! My name is Maria – I am a Marketing and Business leader, serial board member, keynote speaker and passionate advocate for women in business.

With 15+ years across tech, fashion, and luxury, I’ve shaped brands like Gucci, Montblanc, and Amazon, from startups to corporates. I know what it means to build a career and have a family at the same time – and what it costs.

As a mother to a young son, I’ve made sacrifices and found strength in redefining success on my own terms. Today, I use my voice and experience to empower the next generation of female leaders to challenge the status quo.

Why did we found The Dual Shift at this moment in time?

The timing is perfect to support women and their partners on managing both their careers and their private lives, addressing a growing global demand for uniting all aspects of life, without the need to decide on either or. Because we need to give visibility to our role models to inspire our and next generations to come.
